1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AVTRIZ, a product of FixZone Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use AVTRIZ.

2. Description of Service

AVTRIZ is an AI-powered business operations platform that provides specialized AI agents for sales, marketing, finance, operations, and more. AVTRIZ learns your business through onboarding and provides personalized automation, analysis, and recommendations through up to 15 AI agents.

Key features include smart matching, price intelligence, photo-to-estimate, voice AI, demand forecasting, proactive insights, and agentic commerce. AVTRIZ is designed for small to medium businesses across multiple industries.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plans

AVTRIZ is available in three subscription tiers:

• Starter — $29/month: 5 AI agents recommended for your business, 1 business, 500 AI interactions per month, bilingual EN/ES, email support.
• Pro — $79/month: 10 AI agents with expanded coverage, 3 users, 2,000 AI interactions per month, full suite (sales, marketing, finance, operations), creative AI, priority support.
• Business — $149/month: 15 AI agents fully expanded, 10 users, unlimited AI interactions, custom workflows, API access, dedicated onboarding, phone and Slack support.

Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Annual plans are billed in full upfront and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Add-On Agents

Specialized add-on agents are available at $7 per month each. Current add-ons include Code Agent, Legal & Compliance, Market Research, and System Operations. Add-ons can be activated or deactivated at any time and are billed monthly.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. No credit card is required to start a free trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan or your account will be deactivated.

4. Account Registration

To use AVTRIZ, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AVTRIZ for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activities
• Generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or harmful
• Attempt to manipulate, deceive, or abuse the AI agents or their outputs
• Use AVTRIZ to harass, threaten, or discriminate against any person
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model weights
• Use automated systems to access or scrape AVTRIZ without authorization
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your account
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AVTRIZ services without written permission

6. AI Limitations Disclaimer

AVTRIZ AI agents provide recommendations, analysis, and generated content based on available data and models. Important limitations:

• AI outputs are intended as decision-support tools and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.
• AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
• You are solely responsible for verifying AI outputs and for decisions made based on them.
• AVTRIZ does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational improvements.
• When confidence is low, AVTRIZ will indicate uncertainty. No fabricated data or credentials are presented.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business data, including all information you provide during onboarding, content you submit, and business records you upload to AVTRIZ.

By using AVTRIZ, you grant FixZone Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the AVTRIZ service. Your data is never used to train models for other users.

All intellectual property in the AVTRIZ platform — including AI models, algorithms, software, and user interfaces — is owned by FixZone Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixZone Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AVTRIZ, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from actions taken based on AI recommendations
• Business interruption or lost revenue
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service downtime or technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for AVTRIZ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are not permitted.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of AVTRIZ after changes constitutes acceptance.
