Business Profile

During onboarding, AVTRIZ collects information about your business including industry, company size, business goals, challenges, operational details, and service offerings. This data is used to configure and personalize your AI agents.

Onboarding Answers

Your responses to the 15-question onboarding process are stored to enable agent customization and improve recommendations over time.

AI Interactions

We collect the content of your interactions with AVTRIZ agents, including prompts, responses, uploaded documents, and generated outputs. This data is used to maintain conversation context and improve service quality.

Account Information

We collect your name, email address, and password when you create an account. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with AVTRIZ, including features used, session duration, agent interactions, device information, and IP address.

2. How AI Processes Your Data

AVTRIZ processes your data using a hybrid approach:

• Local Inference: Where possible, AI processing occurs on our own secure infrastructure using locally hosted models. This minimizes data exposure to third parties.
• Cloud Fallback: For tasks requiring advanced reasoning capabilities, AVTRIZ may route requests to cloud AI providers. In these cases, only the minimum data necessary for processing is transmitted.
• Session Memory: AVTRIZ maintains persistent memory of your interactions to provide contextually relevant responses. Session data is associated with your account and is not shared across users.

Your business data is never used to train models for other users. Each AVTRIZ instance is personalized exclusively for your business.

3. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Business profile: Retained for as long as your account is active.
• AI interaction logs: Retained for up to 12 months for service improvement, then anonymized or deleted.
• Usage analytics: Retained in aggregated, anonymized form for up to 24 months.

4. Third-Party Services

AVTRIZ works with the following third-party providers:

• Google Vertex AI: Cloud AI processing for advanced reasoning tasks.
• Local Processing Infrastructure: Primary AI inference runs on our own secure servers to maximize privacy and reduce latency.
• Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions and add-ons.
• Vercel: Web application hosting.

We only share the minimum data necessary to provide our services. All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit
• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
